Ryen and Madelyn's favorite thing to do is pretend they are princesses. They especially love acting out the story of Cinderella. I am constantly tripping over the "glass slipper" on our staircase. It's kind of a struggle for them to figure out the parts though. There can only be one Cinderella and the prince is a boy... which neither of them ever wants to be. They also play "king and queen" and poor Maddie is always stuck being the king. After recently explaining to Madelyn (again) why I can't marry her, the most frequent prayer rising up from this household is: "Heavenly Father, please make the baby in mommy's tummy be a boy so we can have a prince around here."
Here's Hoping :)
