Just because I know I have never said this before... I LOVE THE SPRING!!!!! :) Our front yard is like a wooded wonderland, with flowers exploding everywhere beneath the towering trees. Overnight, both of the girls seem to have come down with colds. Before they get all red and miserable, I thought I better take a few pictures of them in the yard. Not very many turned out, but it was worth a try! Ryen and Madelyn are the best of buddies. They argue now and then over toy possession, but most of the time they are inseparable companions. Sisters through and through, Madelyn wants to do everything her big sister and idol, Ryen does. Ryen is constantly mothering Maddie and making sure she is okay. They are both so tender with each other and so loving. I think the best kind of friend is a sister and I am so glad that, even at this young age, they seem to understand and appreciate that.
